Poor service
Cox is horrible! Especially in the North Las Vegas! Connectivity is horrible when it's windy or rain. Monthly bill way to high to have such poor quality for a place of business.
Never works
Great when it works, which is very intermittent lately if at all. Not feeling secure with this security system right now
Don't work most of the time . Always tells me that network not available. Have a Difficult time logging in.

Cox spent money on lawyers to prevent competitors from coming to town instead of spending the money on improving their infrastructure
